About Me

I founded my bookkeeping business to be more than just a service provider—I’m here to be a true partner to small business owners. With a unique blend of hands-on experience and financial expertise, I help entrepreneurs navigate complex regulations, streamline operations, and gain the clarity they need to grow with confidence.

As a proud minority woman-owned business, I’m deeply committed to uplifting fellow entrepreneurs. I understand the challenges of building something from the ground up, and I bring empathy, resilience, and precision to every client relationship.

My Journey: From Guadalajara to General Manager—and Beyond

In 2008, I earned my degree in International Business from the University of Guadalajara, driven by a passion for commerce and community. The following year, I moved to the United States and began working my way up through the restaurant industry. My journey eventually led me to become the General Manager of a family-owned restaurant and mini-market, where I spent years learning the day-to-day realities of small business ownership.

Everything changed in 2019 when a family member’s trucking company faced new federal regulations requiring electronic logging devices (ELDs). I stepped in to help him navigate the technology and paperwork. Then came the pandemic, and I found myself guiding him through PPP loan applications and forgiveness. When his longtime bookkeeper retired, I took over his company’s finances, transitioned the books to QuickBooks Online, and enrolled in payroll courses to become a certified QuickBooks Online ProAdvisor.

Managing the mini-market taught me the hard truths of entrepreneurship. When the store closed in 2023, it only strengthened my resolve to help other small business owners avoid similar outcomes. I’ve seen firsthand that with the right financial support, businesses can not only survive—but thrive—even in the most uncertain times.
